Privacy policy

Last updated October 22, 2026

Effective October 22, 2026.

This website is run by Mani Da Brat / C. Imani ("I", "me"). Questions about your information: manidabratttt@gmail.com.

What I collect, and why

  • Contact form: your name, email, and anything you choose to share about your project (budget, timeline, links). I use it only to reply to you and to manage your project.
  • Email list (optional): your email and, if you give it, your first name, plus when and where you signed up. You're added only after you click the confirmation link in your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Shop orders: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, plus what you ordered. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. This site never sees or stores your card number.
  • Spam and abuse prevention: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To stop repeated spam, the site keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address for a short time; these records are normally deleted within a day.

Who helps run the site

I share information only with the services needed to run the site:

  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Supabase: database and file storage
  • Resend: sending emails (replies, confirmations, order updates, and the email list)
  • Cloudflare: spam protection (Turnstile)
  • Stripe: payments
  • Printify and its print partners: making and shipping your order

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

  • No advertising trackers and no analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
  • Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's there when you come back.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile and Stripe may use cookies or similar technology to prevent fraud and spam.
  • The private admin area uses login cookies; visitors don't need an account.

How long I keep it

  • Inquiries: as long as needed to respond and for business records. Ask and I'll delete yours.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only a record that you opted out, so you aren't emailed again.
  • Orders: as long as needed for fulfilment, customer service, and tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing manidabratttt@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; I'll honor requests as the law requires.

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
